Puppy Prep Workshops
Our Puppy Prep Workshops are designed for puppies aged 12 weeks to 6 months, giving them a gentle, positive introduction to grooming sensations and handling. Starting early helps prevent fear or anxiety around brushing, nail trims, baths, and vet visits later in life.
Each session is 1 hour, giving you plenty of time to learn and practise together.
This is a 4–6 week workshop:

Why Puppy Prep?
Puppies are like little sponges—they learn quickly and form lasting habits. By introducing grooming in a fun, calm, and positive way, your puppy will learn that being handled, brushed, and cleaned is safe and enjoyable.
What You’ll Learn Together
Positive reinforcement games to make grooming fun.
Gentle touching and handling of paws, ears, tails, and body.
Early introduction to brushes, combs, and grooming routines.
Building confidence for future vet and groomer visits.
You as the owner will join in every session, learning hands-on techniques so you can confidently continue these positive handling exercises at home. This helps your puppy feel secure and strengthens the bond between you.
These workshops are a judgement-free space for you and your puppy to learn together, laying the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

No! Our Level 3 Diploma is designed for complete beginners.

Yes, all our courses are accredited by the iPET Network and recognised nationally.
